Entries open August 31, 2026 and close September 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central. From the complete entries, Granted selects up to 10 finalists against the criteria published on this page. Finalists send income verification and tax documents. From that group, Granted selects up to two recipients negotiates the bill down and pays the remaining balance in full, direct to the provider. This is not a sweepstakes. There is no random drawing, no purchase, and no payment of any kind. Selection is based on published criteria. Finalists do not have to pay the Granted fee.
