How to Connect Your Aetna Account to Granted

If you’re having trouble connecting your Aetna account to Granted, try the following steps.

Forgot Your Aetna Username or Password?

⚠️ Note: You must have a health plan with this insurer to perform this action.

• Go to the Aetna login page

• Click on “Forgot username or forgot password”

• Follow the instructions to reset your username or password

• Log in to your account to ensure your new username and password are working

• Go back to the Granted app to connect your insurance account and enter in the updated username or password

First Time User? Register for an Aetna Online Account

If this is your first time on the Aetna website, you’ll need to register for an online account.

• Go to the Atena login page

• Follow the instructions to Create Account

• Log in to your account to ensure your new username and password are working

• Go back to the Granted app to connect your insurance account and enter in your new username and password

Confirm your Aetna Health Plan in Granted

• Open the Granted app and start adding your insurance plan

• On the Select Insurance step, select the Aetna option that matches your health plan (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, etc.)
