How much does Granted cost?
Creating an account, opening billing and claims requests, and linking your insurance are free. If we successfully lower a medical bill, we ask for your consent to collect a small success fee based on the amount we saved you. You always see and approve the fee before we collect it. If we can't lower a bill, you owe nothing.

When the success fee applies
The success fee applies only when we lower a bill for you. It's a percentage of what you save, so it scales with the result. No savings means no fee. You approve the amount before anything is collected, so there are no surprises.
The standard fee is 10% of the amount saved. Through your FFGA benefit, the fee is capped at $100 per bill, and your first case carries a $50 credit.
A simple example
Say a bill is reviewed and we get a $1,000 charge removed. At the 10% rate, the fee would be $100, and you'd keep $900 of the savings. Your FFGA first-case credit takes $50 off that fee. You'd see and approve the exact figure before we collected anything.
Granted pricing, in short
Only pay 10% on what we save you. No upfront fees. The success fee is 10% of your savings, and for FFGA members only - capped at $100 per bill. If we can't lower your bill, you pay $0.

FAQ
Is there a monthly subscription? No. There's nothing to pay to use Granted. The only charge is the success fee, and only when we save you money.
What if the fee would be more than I saved? It won't. The fee is a share of your savings, so you always come out ahead on a successful case.
Do I pay upfront? No. You pay only after a bill is lowered and only after you approve the fee.
