I genuinely thought this app was too good to be true, but I thought I’d give it a try. Granted ended up saving me over $250 on one of my medical bills and I was blown away. My only note is that some insurance’s don’t negotiate bills, so just be aware. Other than that, I’d absolutely recommend.

It’s really nice to have professionals that know how to navigate insurance. It’s always been confusing for me. I’ve had a lot of random issues with using my out of network doctor and Granted will go to bat for me. In the past I would call and email Aetna with no real resolution but Granted is able to make progress on these claims. Anyways, pricing is fair and I’m grateful to have found them.

Granted has saved me tons of time and even got a bogus charge removed from one of my medical bills. Each time I get a medical or dental bill that doesn’t look quite right, I send it to Granted and they help me understand the charges, make all the calls to my insurance and doctors, and get any issues fixed for me. They also gave me advice during open enrollment. Granted has taken all the headaches and hassle away from dealing with insurance and billing issues. I have pretty basic healthcare needs so I can only imagine how helpful this tool would be for someone with a chronic condition or an expensive hospital stay.
