What you can do now
You can now ask Granted to compare your health plan options for 2027. In about 15 minutes, you get a side-by-side with each plan's estimated total yearly cost, not just the premium, which is what you pay each month to have the plan. We also check your doctors and prescriptions, and attach a PDF of every page we used.
How it works
Ask in the app chat. Try: "Can you help me find a health plan for next year?"
Answer one round of questions. ZIP code, ages, 2027 income, doctors to keep, prescriptions, and care you expect.
Add plan documents if they're from work. Upload each plan's Summary of Benefits and Coverage, a short standard summary every plan provides, and its cost per paycheck.
Review your comparison. If you've connected your insurance, we also price your last 12 months of claims under each plan.
Do you need to do anything?
If you're buying a marketplace plan, choose by December 15, 2026 for coverage that starts January 1. Open enrollment ends January 15, 2027 (HealthCare.gov). If your plan comes through work, check your employer's deadline.
Pick Insurance doesn't enroll you. We give you the steps, and you enroll yourself. It doesn't price Medicare plans. It works best in states that use HealthCare.gov, so double-check prices on your state's site if it runs its own marketplace. Doctor networks come from public directories, so confirm with the office before you enroll.
⚠️ Note: [confirm grantedhealth.com/open-enrollment is live (MAR-386), and which state marketplaces to name (Gadi).]
Questions about Pick Insurance
Can I use Pick Insurance after open enrollment ends?
Yes, you can use Pick Insurance after open enrollment if a life change opens a special enrollment period, a window to pick a plan outside open enrollment. Losing job-based coverage, moving, or having a baby can qualify (HealthCare.gov).
Did a person check my plan comparison?
Your plan comparison comes from Granted's system, not a health advocate review. That's why every result includes a PDF of the pages we checked. Our health advocates focus on medical bills, so if you have one, send it in the chat.
Who is Granted?
Granted is a digital health advocate that reviews medical bills and EOBs (explanation of benefits), finds billing errors, negotiates bills, appeals denied claims, and checks eligibility for income based discounts. Pick Insurance adds free help choosing a health plan. Granted is free to start. If we lower a bill, our fee is 10% of the negotiated savings, capped at $300 per bill.
